[EP.4] What Is H? The Conductor of Spiritual Energy

Share

Part 1: The Problem - What Even the Greatest Minds Missed

Even Carl Jung, the brilliant explorer of the collective unconscious, stumbled at a crucial junction. Jung mapped the psyche's depths—the shadow, the anima, the Self—but treated spiritual energy as something we contain rather than something that flows through us. He spoke of individuation as if we were vessels to be filled, not conductors to be calibrated.

The gap Jung left? He never asked the fundamental question: What determines how much divine energy actually reaches the world through us?

Jung saw the spiritual realm clearly. He understood that something greater moves through human consciousness. But he missed the engineering principle hidden in plain sight: we are not spiritual storage units. We are spiritual conductors. The divine current flows constantly—the variable isn't God's willingness to flow, but our capacity to conduct.

This oversight has plagued spiritual seekers for generations. We've been trying to "get more" spiritual energy when we should be asking: "How do I become a better conductor of what's already flowing?"

Part 2: The Simple Truth - Explained for Anyone

Think of your home's electrical system. The power company (G) generates electricity constantly—24/7, whether you're using it or not. The current flows through your neighborhood, available and ready. But how much power actually reaches your devices? That depends entirely on your wiring—the conductivity (H) of your electrical system.

If your wiring is corroded, tangled, or poorly connected, even the most powerful generator produces only dim lights and weak appliances. The output (F) you experience equals the available power (G) multiplied by your system's conductivity (H).

F = H × G

Now replace electricity with spiritual energy. Divine life force (G) flows constantly through the universe—call it God, Source, Consciousness, or cosmic energy. This force doesn't vary based on your worthiness or your prayers. Like electricity, it simply is, always available, always flowing.

But your spiritual output (F)—the wisdom, love, creativity, and healing that flows through you into the world—depends entirely on your conductivity (H). Are you a corroded wire or a superconductor? Are your spiritual circuits clear or clogged?

The divine current is constant. Your wiring determines everything.

Part 3: The Rigorous Argument - For the Skeptic and the Scholar

The concept of spiritual conductivity aligns with fundamental principles in both physics and consciousness studies. In electromagnetic theory, conductivity (σ) is an intrinsic material property that determines current density under applied electric field: J = σE. Analogously, spiritual conductivity (H) represents our consciousness's intrinsic capacity to transmit divine energy (G) into manifest reality (F)—though we must be clear that H functions as a conceptual analog, not a directly measurable quantity like physical conductivity.

This framework addresses what philosopher David Chalmers calls the "hard problem of consciousness"—how subjective experience relates to objective reality. While materialist neuroscience proposes consciousness emerges from neural processes, Bang-i Philosophy suggests consciousness serves as the conducting medium between transcendent source (G) and immanent manifestation (F).

Consider the mathematical precision: if G remains constant (as theological traditions claim about divine omnipresence), then F = H × G becomes a direct function of H alone. This explains why spiritual traditions emphasize purification practices—not to earn divine favor, but to optimize conductivity. Meditation, prayer, ethical behavior, and service don't increase G; they refine H.

Quantum mechanics supports this model through the observer effect: consciousness appears to influence physical reality at the measurement boundary—though interpretations of this phenomenon remain actively debated among scientists. If consciousness conducts information between potential and actual states, then H represents the efficiency of this fundamental process.

This isn't mystical speculation—it's systems thinking applied to the consciousness-reality interface, providing testable predictions about spiritual development outcomes.

Part 4: Your Circuit - and the Question We Cannot Yet Answer

Right now, as you read this, divine energy flows through your consciousness like electricity through copper wire. Every thought, every choice, every response—they're all expressions of your current conductivity level.

Notice: you can sense the quality of your own spiritual wiring. When you're angry, fearful, or closed-off, your conductivity drops. Love, presence, and openness increase it. You've felt this difference your entire life without having language for it.

The practical implication is profound: spiritual growth isn't about getting more from God—it's about becoming clearer conduits of what God is already giving.

But here's the question that keeps me awake: Is there an upper limit to human conductivity, or can we theoretically become perfect spiritual superconductors? And if perfect conductivity is possible—what would that look like walking around in a human body?
